OK I know it sounds weird but is actually very simple.
You install an application named “Citric Receiver” on your iPhone. Through your WiFi Lan connection you can connect to a PC Vista operated computer.
You are not running Windows Vista on your iPhone, is more of a remote desktop connection, but it should give you full access to windows apps
