Toshiba “world” smallest HD camera

Toshiba IK-HD1 3CCD camera has about 40mm and weighs 65g.
At NAB show they claimed to be world smallest HD camera. It can record a Full HD video at a 30frames per second.
We hope this little camera will see somehow a mobile phones body. A mobile phone with HD camera would be quite cool, but enough with dreams and back to reality. We also wonder how much this gadget would cost.
